On November 2nd, the Certificate of Recognition Award was presented to Carol Landis of Premier Dental Products Company by the Pennsylvania Dental Hygienists’ Association during their 94th Annual Session – Keystone Dental Health Conference in Lancaster, PA.

Each year, this award recognizes a public member who has made significant contributions to further the interest of the dental hygiene profession.

Carol, a Senior Product Manager with Premier, has engaged in many outreach activities within our state, working directly with the PA Oral Health Coalition and the Mission of Mercy volunteer events. She supports many statewide prevention initiatives, attending key meetings or contributing Premier’s preventative products to help improve the oral health of underserved children throughout the state. For the past ten years, Carol has furnished the fluoride varnish to all school and community clinic sites that participate in the annual Pennsylvania Sealant Saturday program.

Her enthusiasm and hunger for dental knowledge has inspired many others and her efforts in advancing prevention goals for dental hygiene care in Pennsylvania and throughout the country have been exceptional. Congratulations, Carol!
